Kevin Humiston, founder, combines legal expertise and a background in law enforcement to bring his clients clear, knowledgeable counsel on, personal injury, wrongful death, misdeameanor & possession, traffic violations and truck accidents. Before attending law school, Kevin worked as a police officer trained in accident reconstruction. From 2009 to 2014, Kevin served as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Platte County, Missouri, prosecuting both felonies and misdemeanors and trying cases to both judges and juries.Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College in Iowa and his JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar Association in 2009 and is a member of the Platte County Bar Association. A Northland resident since 2006, Kevin lives in Parkville with his family. He is a member of Rotary Club International, is a past president of the Rotary Club of Platte City, and a member of Pine Ridge Presbyterian Church.
